15-Day Return Window
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all non-customized, standard products.
Eligibility for Return:
- The return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, certificates and invoices intact.
- Custom or personalized jewellery is non-returnable. However, partial refunds may be offered after deducting design/crafting charges.
Refund Process
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer. Bank details will be requested during the return process.
- For purchases made using gift cards or promo vouchers, refunds will be issued back to the original gift card or account balance.
Note: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
Order Cancellation
- Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full cancellation with 100% refund (excluding a 1% payment gateway fee).
- After 24 hours and before dispatch:
- A ₹1,000 processing fee will apply.
- Plus a 1% gateway deduction.
- Customized orders: Any customization or personalization charges are non-refundable under all conditions.
- Partial cancellation of items within a multi-item order is allowed.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or cancellation:
- Email us at contactus@zayahjewels.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if needed).
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship it back.
- Once we receive the item and verify it, the refund or exchange will be processed.
Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned by the recipient under the same policy, but refunds will only be processed to the original payment source.
Legal Jurisdiction
This Return & Exchange Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and in the event of any dispute, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
